Uniformity is necessary to prevent duplication and to make searches successful.

Addresses will be after the USPS standard no punctuation and standard abbreviations
Saint should be St (no period)
Fort should be Ft (no period)
States should be abbreviated with the 2 letter standard used by the US Post Office (IE Arkansas is AR, no periods)

Names of running clubs and race names should be the same as the race entry form except for the following:
Do not use A or The at the beginning of a name
Do not use punctuation (no periods, apostrophes, commas etc)
Do not use Inc or LLC
If association is used do not abbreviate
Telephone numbers should use dashes not periods or brackets IE 999-999-9999
