The Governor’s Office of Community Initiatives will be hosting our kick-off event at Quiet Water Parks in Annapolis, Maryland. Participants can sign up to volunteer for park cleanup and beautification, register for the 5K or 1 mile Family Fun Run/Walk to benefit Wreaths Across America, or simply come out to support the 9/11 Remember-Honor-Teach Tribute ceremony. We are honored to have Gold Star Mom, Cathy Powers, as our keynote speaker and special runner. Cathy Powers is “Running Fir Wreaths” in loving memory of her son, SRA Bryce Powers, and all veterans past, present, and future.

Join the most unique 5K/10K event in Colorado on at Red Rocks Amphitheater for the 11th annual Run the Rocks benefiting the American Lung Association in Colorado! Run the Rocks offers a 10K run option (limited to 500 participants) in addition to the 5K run/walk. Whether it be running to get a personal best time or walking to enjoy the view and live music, this is an event you don’t want to miss. Run the Rocks will bring communities together for the fight for good lung health and air quality.

PurpleStride San Diego presented by Halozyme Therapeutics is a family-friendly 5K event that unites the community by raising awareness and support for the fight against pancreatic cancer. With children’s activities, entertainment, refreshments and more, there is something for everyone to enjoy!
FoHo's 5th annual 5K FoxTrot race is coming 9.14.2019. Race starts at 8:00A. Registration Fees are just $25 until 7/31. All pre-registered runners receive an event t-shirt! Food, drinks and, entertainment will be provided at the end of the race.
Bring the entire family and let them cheer you on as you run the most family-friendly 5K through the beautiful Fox Hollow neighborhood. Walkers, strollers and bikes welcomed (will start behind runners).

Our summer evening 5k race will introduce people of all ages to the exciting world of short distance trail racing. Our evening single loop races will wind its way on a course designed for the beginner trail runner or advanced street racer. Runners will use their skills to race the trails outlining Irvine Park as the sun slowly lowers in the sky. Post-race participants will be treated to a concert in the park as they relax with their family and friends enjoying the sounds and sights of the pleasant summer evenings in Southern California.
