You must have created at least one event (race calendar or running blog) in the past before you can create a photo gallery.

How To Create A Photo Gallery

1. Create a user account and log in
2. From the menu on the right with your user name choose image galleries
3. Choose the tab named add gallery, for gallery name use your race or running club

How To Add Pictures To Your Photo Gallery

1. Log in
2. From the user menu on the right with your user name choose create content
3. From the create content menu choose image
4. From the submit image menu you can browse to the image on your computer and upload it and select the image gallery you just created from the list

If you want your picture to be with your event you add it from that page
