Nice run, not too much ice, a lot of nice stretches of clear pavement. I was only going to do a quick 3 and get back here to work, but somehow I ended up doing 5 miles.

I did my usual television stretching and aerobics before I left today. There has been so much ice lately that is all I have been able to do. It was a cold, windy and snowy day. When I left I running with wind at my side but when I made the first turn it was right in my face. I couldn’t believe how much easier it was on the way back with the wind at my back, funny how it pushes you along.

Four mile run on a cool, cloudy gray day. It started to sprinkle in the last mile. Amazing how when you are outside it does not seem to raining much at all until you are inside.

Nice sunny cool day great day for running I did 4 miles today and 5 yesterday. I just had on some shorts and a t-shirt. They were not running shorts just cotton walking shorts; I have not had on running shorts for a few weeks now. The walking shorts come almost down to my knees and are a lot better in cool weather. Wonder how long I can go before I have to wear long pants or tights for running?

What a great day to run, beautiful weather. I biked for 15 miles and ran 3. I think might need new shoes my knees were a little sore. Its either from biking or old shoes. I usually try to get some every 6 months or so.

Running In The Rain
