Steamboat 4 mile and 15k race pictures
Will you play in Peoria? Join everyone from former Olympians to casual joggers in running the Steamboat Classic, featuring the "World's Fastest 4-Mile" and “Illinois’ Toughest 15K.”
You may set a PR on the flat, fast and historic out-and-back 4-mile course. Each year this premier road race attracts elite athletes. Or, challenge those quads and opt to run the 15-kilomater sister race through scenic Glen Oak Park. Be prepared for some grueling hills! The ample course aid and enthusiastic crowd support will get you through either distance.
All registered participants receive a race T-Shirt, poster and calendar. After completing the race, finishers can enjoy food, drink and fun at the Post-Race Party at Festival Park.
Awards go to the top 25 men and women, top three finishers in each age group. Special Wheelchair and Clydesdale Classes.
