• If you have not already you will have to create user accountand log-in
• From the menu on the right with your user name choose image galleries
• Choose the tab named add gallery, for gallery name use your race or running club
• You may follow the link at the top of the home page labeled “Add Photos” or you can take the steps below
• On the menu on the right choose “Create Content”
• From that menu choose “Image”
• The next page should be “Submit Image”
• Give the image a title
• Choose your gallery from the list
• Browse or navigate to the image on your computer
• Optionally you may add text or a caption to each picture in the space labeled “Body”
• When finished click “Submit” at the bottom of the page
• You may be asked to fill in the CAPTHA
