Girls on the Run (GOTR) St. Louis, a program aimed at empowering youn girls through running, will host a 5k charity run on Saturday, November 13 in Forest Park. In honor of First Lady Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move” campaign, GOTR St. Louis has themed this year’s race as "Get Moving St. Louis." This is a grand celebration with activities such as music and dancing, crazy hair and face painting, free sports massage, food, vendors and much more. The event is chip timed and open
to the general public. GOTR anticipates more than 5,000 runners at this family friendly event.
