Fifth annual Des Moines Dirty Duathlon returns to the Greenwood Park singletrack on Saturday, Oct. 23, and this is your invitation to register online now (the first 100 registrants get a sweet pair of socks).
Like last year, UME Compete is our presenting sponsor and we’ll have beginner (half-distance), relay and open races as well as a free kids dirty du.
New for 2010 is a stand-alone 8K trail run – our nod to the burgeoning trail running scene and our partners the Capital Striders.
