Sycamore 8 and Work Systems Rehab 4

We’re running again at Sycamore on Dec. 4 at 9:00 a.m. Join us for the last trail race of the year!

8 mile trail run
The Sycamore 8 run starts on NW 66th in Johnston and finishes at the new Polk County office on Euclid in Des Moines (the old Target store). A bus will be provided from the finish to the start BEFORE the 8-mile race. The bus will leave at 8:30 a.m. for the starting line and, after dropping everyone off, will return to Euclid to unload racer gear bags. Note that you’ll want to put your stuff in a bag that can be left on the ground in December!

Post-race
It’s been cold and snowy nearly every year for this event. We’ll have tent set up for food and drink after the run. Race results will be compiling in real time. Stick around as long as you like or get on with your weekend. Either way, you’ll know how you finished that morning.

Registration
It’s much easier on everybody if you register online in advance, and the first 50 registrants get a sweet pair of socks. Otherwise, we will let you sign up between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. (in the cold) on race day.
