Proceeds go to the "For A Day Foundation" which provides free parties and special events to children with Cancer and other life-threatening illnesses, in the Metro-Detroit area. Join Detroit's Finest and their brothers in blue on historic Belle Isle for a beginning-of-season race with international views!
USATF Certified Course with Timing Chips! (5k only), Governor's Council on Physical Fitness Endorsed! Parents may walk with registered children in the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk. Day of registration is $30; no guarantee on t-shirt for day of registrations, sorry!
8:00am-Registration; 9:30am 1 Mile start; 10:00am 5k start.
Trophies for the following age gender/groups (5k only): 1st place overall male/female trophy; 1st place overall male/female Master's trophy (50 and over); Medals three deep in following age brackets (0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49)
