The obstacle course is designed in Marine Corps boot camp tradition. The race is run by teams of four (teams pick which day they want to run during pre-event on-line registration) and features over 30 obstacles, including climbing walls, cargo nets, low crawls, swings, stream runs and giant mud pits! The race appeals to a varied audience. Some sign up as elite athletes with the mission to compete, but most are average individuals expecting to have fun doing something crazy with three other friends.
